Soft potato gnocchi handmade by Luciano.
Simple, light and delicious, serve with a classic tomato, pesto or cream sauce.
Gnocchi is handmade and then frozen for storage and delivery purposes.
Ingredients: Potato, flour and eggs
Instructions: Drop the frozen gnocchi into a large pot of boiling salted water. Stir once very carefully. Gnocchi will being to float, cook for an extra minute. Gently strain and serve with your favourite sauce.
